Look at the days together.

Keep observed weights, a seven-day average, and your own milestones in view.

Nourish Progress screen showing recorded weights and a seven-day average. Fictional demonstration records.

Measurements stay visible

The chart shows the recorded points and a separate seven-day average. When multiple measurements exist on a day, the last one is used for the daily trend.

Missing days stay missing

The average uses available daily measurements in the preceding seven days. Nourish does not fill empty days with invented weights or predict a goal date.

Use the units you prefer

Record in pounds or kilograms. The journal keeps one canonical value and converts it for display, so a unit change does not change the underlying measurement.

Progress has other forms

Keep milestones and notes that matter to you. Sharing is optional, and sensitive details are excluded from a share card unless you choose to include them.
