Delete a single record
Open the record in history, choose Delete, and confirm. When backup is enabled, deletion is queued for the next successful sync. Nourish also attempts to remove its own related Health samples when authorized.
Erase this device’s journal
In Nourish, open Settings → Delete account or local data. Choose the local-data option and review the confirmation. This removes the app’s journal, drafts, and local exports. An existing cloud backup is retained unless you also delete the account.
Delete the cloud account
Choose account deletion from the same screen. Confirm with device authentication and, for an Apple-linked account, a fresh Apple sign-in. Nourish removes active account records and sessions and queues private temporary processing files for deletion. A connection is required to complete the server action.
Apple Health and subscriptions
Use Apple Health to review data written there and remove any retained samples. Imported data owned by other Health sources is not deleted from Health when you erase Nourish. To stop billing, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nourish and cancel.

If you cannot access the app, save an account support request. We will need to verify account ownership before removing data. Do not send identity documents or health records in the initial message.
