Each point comes from a record
Nourish uses the last measurement on each calendar day for its daily chart. Earlier measurements remain in history, and imported samples keep their source. A correction linked to an imported sample replaces it for the trend calculation.
The line is a rolling average
For each measured day, the line averages the available daily values in the preceding seven-day window, including that day. It does not assume a value on unmeasured days.
Coverage changes the context
An average of two measured days is based on less information than an average of seven. Nourish shows measured-day counts and does not project the line into a promised result.
Keep personal context nearby
Milestones and notes can preserve context you want to remember. The chart alone does not diagnose a condition, measure a medication’s effect, or determine what you should do next.
